Beverages (unless expired at time of delivery) are not eligible for returns or exchanges. To be eligible for a return, your item most be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your item is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive your credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
1.Ambassador ships orders in Kuwait by Company's own delivery network and, from time to time, we will use 3rd party logistics partners.
2. Once you have received the order, we will ask you for your electronic or physical signature. Your signature will be a confirmation that you have received all items purchased in the order.
3. If you are not present at the specified delivery address, we can deliver the order to any person at the specified address and their signature on the order will be a confirmation that you have received all items purchased in the order.
4. If we reach your address and fail to deliver the order, please contact our customer service department to arrange an alternative delivery time. We will not be responsible for any orders that are not delivered within a period of 30 days after the date of purchase.
